As a pro se or self-represented party, you will need the full Dissolution of Marriage packet or other family law forms completed to file your case if a settlement is reached. If you both agree to the terms of your settlement during mediation, once that portion of the session is concluded and the obligation as your neutral mediator is finished, Danielle can assist you in completing the required documents and family law forms you'll need to file your case so at the end you just need to sign/notarize each document and file at your local Clerk of Court. This is included in the cost of mediation. For parties represented by council, you may choose to have them or us complete the petition and supporting documentation for filing.
