It’s often helpful to coordinate a mediation session if all parties get to review the available dates and times before deciding. Please review the current openings on the schedule and request your mediation date. We will try to accommodate all requests within the current availability.
We will confirm the booking date/time with all parties via email and send you a calendar invite with your Zoom conference link. For represented parties or pro se parties who have filed already for this case, we will file a Notice of Mediation Conference with the Court on your behalf.
Pro se parties must pay the $125 deposit to confirm and hold your session. You may Pay Online with Venmo using any major credit or debit card or call to pay by phone. Please refer to the FAQs page for information on rescheduling and cancellation policies.
IMPORTANT STEPS FOR PRO SE CLIENTS!
When booking, please book a day with at least four-hours available. If you need more than 8-hours, we will request that you book two sessions on two separate days. So, please review the schedule and know which two days you are requesting. Pro se clients only need to pay one deposit for both sessions, but you will be required to pay in full at the end of each session for the time spent that day.
